You're dining at a family-owned restaurant owned by Elena and Massimiliano. They take pride in preparing everything from scratch starting with the pasta ensuring that each dish is made fresh and nothing is frozen. The menu is intentionally not extensive as our family believes in bringing the ingredients to the table. Additionally, the chef updates the menu every two months to offer experiences, for our guests.
The plate features chickpeas seasoned perfectly and cooked to a texture, accompanied by a prepared cod fillet. The dish is served with a velvety sauce made from a blend of herbs and spices and diced peppers are sprinkled on top to add color and texture. To enhance the taste experience the dish is garnished with currants that provide a slightly tart burst of flavor beautifully complementing the creaminess of the chickpeas and the mildness of the cod. All this dish not only looks visually appealing but also delights the taste buds.
