Massimiliano was born and raised in the region of Veneto, in northern Italy. Growing up, he was exposed to the rich culinary traditions of the area, which includes cities such as Verona, Padova, and Venezia.

Growing up, cooking was always a big part of this chef's life, thanks to their mother. She was an excellent cook who could turn even the simplest ingredients into a delicious meal. Watching her work in the kitchen was like watching a master craftsman at work - everything was done with precision and care, and the end result was always something special.

Massimiliano is also a strong believer in sustainable cooking and sources his ingredients from local farmers and producers whenever possible. He takes pride in creating dishes that not only taste delicious but also showcase the diversity and richness of the culinary heritage of northern Italy.
